Mike Lawrence

Mike Lawrence has over 20 years of experience in various roles, starting as a Professional Musician in the United States Marine Corps. Mike then transitioned to roles in Marine Corps Recruiting, serving as a Military Recruiter and later taking on leadership positions such as Assistant Recruiter Instructor and District Operations Chief. Mike also worked as an Instructional Facilitator for Davis Defense Group, Inc. before moving on to LOVELL ~ Solutions & Performance, where they started as the Director of Business Development and currently holds the position of Vice President of Sales & Business Development.

Mike Lawrence holds an Associate's degree in Business from Columbia Southern University, earned between 2013-2015. Later, between 2018-2021, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the same university. Mike also obtained a Yellow Belt Certification in Process Improvement from the Six Sigma Management Institute by Dr. Mikel J. Harry in 2014. Additionally, they attended the U.S. Naval War College in 2015 and Marine Corps University from 2010-2018.
