Corona Pritchard, MSW, PCC has over 12 years of work experience in the human resources and organizational development fields. In 2022, they began their current roles as Head of Human Resources (Interim) at Lovin' Spoonfuls, Managing Director & Principal Consultant, HR Advisory Practice at HAVEN | human asset ventures, and Executive Coach & Facilitator at 3D Leadership Group LLC. From 2019-2022, they were the CEO & Founder of Resourced HR and from 2020-2022, they were the Senior Director, Organization Development at Suffolk Construction, where they developed and managed the Organization Development function for a national, top-tier construction company of 2600 employees. From 2014-2019, they were the Director of Strategic Organization Development, Manager of Strategic Organization Development & Operations, and Organizational Development Consultant at Mass General Brigham, where they provided leadership, project management and subject matter expertise for strategic human capital and talent management strategies across the organization of 4,500 employees. From 2009-2014, they were the Program Manager at the Department of Veterans Affairs, where they managed all strategic and daily operations for the largest homeless services program at the Bedford VA Hospital. From 2008-2009, they were the Clinical Director at The Edinburg Center, where they supervised a team of outreach clinicians supporting 90 DMH-contracted clients with chronic mental illness and trauma.

Corona Pritchard, MSW, PCC has an extensive education history. In 2002, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Bowdoin College. Corona then went on to obtain a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the Boston College Graduate School of Social Work in 2007, with a field of study in Mental and Social Health Services and Allied Professions. Additionally, Pritchard has obtained several certifications, including the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in 2021, the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry in 2019, the EQi 2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory Assessment) from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in 2015, and Flawless Consulting I & II from Designed Learning in 2015. Corona is also currently enrolled in Executive Coaching (120 hour/PCC Level) from The Pyramid Resource Group, Inc.
