Joy Abbott

Joy is responsible for project management efforts for FF&E, building signage, fitness equipment, and art installations for Seattle area development projects. She works with the interior design, marketing and property management teams to assist in creating cohesive and well-positioned projects. She is also responsible for consultant contracts, and works with their accounting team to arrange monthly project draws. She previously worked for Alliance Residential and Trammel Crow Residential as Contract Administrator on the development of 1,306 multifamily units and 45,500 square feet of retail space. She is an active member of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Seattle, a member of the Seattle Downtown Association, and a notary. Joy enjoys golfing and road trips.
