Tracey Meek

Tracey Meek is the Vice President of Human Resources for Community Hospitals at Wellforce, Tracey will lead the Human Resources teams at Circle Health, Lowell General Hospital, and MelroseWakefield Healthcare. She is charged with assessing and refining human resources strategies and practices that are focused on strengthening employee engagement, workforce development, and the integration of human resources across the growing organization.

Tracey has an extensive background in employee and labor relations while working at Ellis Medicine in Schenectady, NY as the Senior Director of Human Resources and most recently as the Assistant Vice President at State University of New York (SUNY) Empire State College. While employed at Ellis Medicine, she led efforts to improve workforce needs with recruitment, retention, and employee development along with training and organizational development strategies.
