Ellie Lincoln is a pre-doctoral researcher at Lowell Observatory, focused on advanced stellar imaging and algorithm development for processing speckle images. Concurrently, Ellie serves as a graduate research assistant at Georgia State University, specializing in software for speckle data reduction, and leads laboratory sessions for an introductory astronomy class. With a robust academic background in astronomy and physics, Ellie is currently in the fourth year of a PhD program. Previous roles include observatory assistant at Fernbank Science Center, community outreach coordinator at Living Room, Inc., office administrator and intern at New Hope Counseling, and intern at Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Ellie holds multiple degrees from Georgia State University, including an anticipated PhD in Astronomy and a Master’s in Physics, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brenau University.
