Kevin Rushing Mai

Kevin Rushing, MAI has over seven years of work experience in the real estate industry. Kevin is currently the Managing Director at Lowery Property Advisors, LLC, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director at the same company from January 2021 to December 2021. Kevin also worked as a Senior Associate at Lowery Property Advisors from September 2020 to January 2021, and as an Associate from July 2018 to September 2020.

Before joining Lowery Property Advisors, Kevin gained experience as a Residential Development Intern at Caldwell Companies in 2017 and as a Project Engineer Intern at The Hanover Company in 2016. Kevin also worked as a Student Development Intern at JBKnowledge, Inc. from August 2014 to June 2015.

Kevin Rushing, MAI obtained their Master of Real Estate degree in Business from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Construction Science with a field of study in Architecture from Texas A&M University from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their degrees, Kevin obtained the certification of Certified General Appraiser from TALCB in September 2020.
