David Conibeere

David Conibeere is an experienced Senior Project Manager with a robust background in rail infrastructure and project delivery, currently leading a team at Lowery Ltd for the design and commissioning of a new 11kV HV/LV Substation as part of the High Speed 2 (HS2) station refurbishment project. Previously, David managed various HS2-related projects at Cleshar and oversaw significant renewals and upgrades at London Overground Rail Operations Ltd and Mott MacDonald. David's extensive experience includes a tenure at Atkins, where design teams were guided through critical phases of rail upgrades, and a long career at Network Rail that encompassed programme management, project execution for the Great Western Main Line electrification, and contributions to the London 2012 Olympic transportation strategy. David holds two Master's Degrees in Power Systems & Energy Management and Construction Project Management, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
