Esther Alonso Bona

Esther Alonso Bona has held a variety of positions since 2014. In 2014, they were a Becario Prácticas at SMARTEL, where they were responsible for replanteos de emplazaminetos de telefonia móvil, actas para replanteos, and proyectos medioambientales. From 2017 to 2019, they were an IT Consultant at ABAST, where they configured and maintained the system of business, infrastructure, and network monitoring for an important banking sector client, as well as resolving incidents and managing via Service Manager. Finally, from 2019 to the present, they have been the Head of Integrations and Integration Specialist at Loyal Guru, where they are responsible for understanding their customers' infrastructure, being the first point of communication at a technical level, planning and managing the integration of the platform, identifying new product features, and giving support to the Dev and Customer Success teams.

Esther Alonso Bona has a comprehensive education history. Esther completed a Curso Desarrollo del Liderazgo: Habilidades directivas at La Salle BCN in 2022. In 2019-2020, they attended IEBS for a Postgrado en Gestión Ágil de Proyectos. From 2015-2016, they completed their Final Thesis Bachelor at Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften Hamburg (HAW Hamburg) in Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones. Esther also obtained a Grado en Ingeniería from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya in Ingeniería de telecomunicaciones from 2010-2015.
