Luis Martínez Villarroel

Luis Martínez Villarroel has had a long and varied career in the IT industry. Luis began their career in 2002 as an Administrative and Programmer at Sumec S.L. From 2005 to 2007 they worked at VeriSoft as a Tester, Programmer and Designer. In 2007 they joined Sage España as a Senior ERP Consultant, where they developed software for ERP Logic Class and gained skills in Requirements Analysis, Documentation & Project Management. In 2011 they moved to BITS - Business IT Solutions, where they worked as a Senior Consultant and Project Manager for ERP Sage X3 and Sage CRM. In 2013 they joined ForceManager as a Managing Director for LATAM and Head of Customer Service LATAM. In their role, they managed the team of consultants in Mexico City and Bogotá and provided clients in Latin America with a high level of service. Luis is currently the LATAM Regional Manager at Loyal Guru, where they are in charge of the business development of Loyal Guru in LATAM, opening the market for new customers and helping them to build loyalty solutions.

Luis Martínez Villarroel has an extensive education history. Luis attended Colegio Marista from 1991 to 2000 and obtained their Bachillerato. From 1990 to 2000, they attended Instituto de Bellas Artes and obtained their Técnico Superior in Música. In 2001, they began attending Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya and obtained their Ingeniero Superior in Informática in 2007. In 2009, they attended UPC School (Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya) and obtained their MBA in Master in Business Administration in 2010. In 2013, they attended Universitat Ramon Llull and obtained their Master en Consultoría SAP / SAP Consulting Master in Information Technology. Finally, they attended Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2019 to 2020 and obtained their International Certified Project Manager Competency Based in Gestión de proyectos.
