Raquel Duerto has a wealth of work experience in various roles. From 2017 to present, they have worked as VP Client, Head of Customer Success, and Key Account Manager at Loyal Guru. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Westwing Home & Living Spain as Sales Manager, BI & Buying Analyst, Product Manager, and Product Manager Junior. As VP Client at Loyal Guru, they were responsible for creating a client-centric culture and establishing goals for client growth and retention. As Head of Customer Success, they were responsible for making sure clients achieved desired outcomes and recurring revenue. As Sales Manager at Westwing Home & Living Spain, they were responsible for maximizing results and assuring the objectives of the company. Currently, they are pursuing The Power MBA from ThePower Business School which is expected to be completed in 2021. Raquel has also enrolled for Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online which is expected to be completed in 2022.
