Marco Roelofsen

Marco Roelofsen serves as the Directeur Financial Operations at Loyal Interim since January 2021, overseeing a transparent detachment process for financial service professionals across sectors such as Pension, Life, Damage, Income, and Risk & Compliance. With a background that includes leadership roles in recruitment and operations, Marco has driven the growth of a 20-member recruitment team dedicated to various domains within the company. Prior experience includes ownership as Algemeen directeur of PHIND from January 2016 to September 2021 and a senior recruiter position beginning in 2011, progressing to executive roles within four years. Marco holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality Management from Stenden and has studied at Stenden University in South Africa.
