Marco Leal has worked in the IT industry since 2000. From 2000 to 2006, they were the Owner-Partner and Vice President/Director of Operations at Computer Cafe in Round Rock, Texas. During this time, they manufactured custom workstations, servers, and provided computer maintenance services to companies such as Oakwood Womens Medical Center and Wells Fargo in the Greater Austin area. In 2006, they founded Loyal IT, where they currently serve as the President and CEO. As the Owner, Founder, and lead liaison, they work with business owners to modernize and upgrade their technology infrastructure while providing dependable network infrastructure and cyber security services. Marco has a strong focus on performance and high availability, working cohesively with the latest security trends.
Marco Leal attended Zaragoza High School from 1980 to 1990, where they earned their High School degree in General Studies. Marco then attended Howard College from 1992 to 1994, studying Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering. Most recently, they attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2018 to participate in the Stanford Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative - Education: Scaling program.
