Michael Anderson Jr

Michael Anderson Jr currently serves as the Clinic Manager at Loyal Source Government Services, a role undertaken since June 2023. Prior to this position, Michael spent nearly two decades in the United States Air Force, holding multiple leadership roles including Operations Manager for the Women's Health Clinic and Operations Supervisor, where management of a 34-member team resulted in the coordination of 25,000 annual appointments for a large military and civilian population. Michael's experience also includes management of the Human Resource Information System, overseeing databases for over 12,500 personnel, and serving as Program Manager for Military Funeral Honors, leading a team that facilitated over 6,000 funeral services annually across a vast geographic area. Michael is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Phoenix, building on a Bachelor’s degree in the same field obtained from the same institution.
