Jim Read has more than 20 years of experience working in various creative director roles. Jim started their career in 1998 at Mister Sandwiches, where they provided creative, team, and operational consulting. In 2007, Jim joined CMT/MTV Networks as an Art Director, where they managed in-house on-air design staff and external design teams, creating show packages, promos, and maintaining channel branding. Jim then worked at EyeballNYC as an Associate Creative Director before joining Definition 6 as a Creative Director from 2010 to 2011. Jim also worked at Panna as a Director, where they directed chefs and handled promotional materials. From 2012 to 2013, they worked at AMC Networks as an On-air Promotion & Branding professional. Jim then served as a Creative Director at Pearl Media LLC from 2014 to 2015, and at EPIX from 2015 to 2016 in the role of On-Air Promotion & Branding. From 2016 to 2019, Jim worked at WarnerMedia as a Creative Director for truTV, where they managed creative teams and executed marketing strategies for the network's original comedy content. Currently, Jim is employed at loyalkaspar as a Creative Director.

Jim Read holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design from the ArtCenter College of Design.
