Smit Patel, PMP®, MBA has had a diverse career in the technology industry. Smit began their career in 2012 as a System Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, where they were responsible for the design and implementation of solutions to enhance standard Oracle functionality. Smit then moved on to Capgemini in 2016, where they were a Senior Consultant with primary responsibilities including solution design, implementation, requirement analyzing, documenting, testing, impact & GAP analysis, and creating prototypes. In the same year, they joined Innovacx as a Project Manager and Innovation Consultant. In 2017, they returned to Loyalty Juggernaut as an Innovation Consultant. In 2021, they joined Deloitte Consulting as a Project Manager, and is currently working as the Principal Lead, Customer Success at Loyalty Juggernaut.

Smit Patel, PMP®, MBA, has an extensive educational background. Smit obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gujarat University in 2012, with a focus in Finance and General. Smit also received a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from Sardar Patel University in 2010, with a focus in Computer Science.
