Maria Rasche Wilson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Maria began their career as an intern and assistant at Southern Hills Counseling Center, where they organized activities for Kids' Group and assisted in assessments and record-keeping. Maria then moved on to the Civil Practice Clinic as a social work intern, where they helped create an interdisciplinary clinic and provided resources to low-income clients.

Maria also worked at Keep Indianapolis Beautiful as a Youth Tree Team Leader, guiding high school students in tree preservation and teaching them valuable skills. Maria later joined Indiana University as a Graduate Research Assistant and Research Assistant, coding data, designing online courses, and organizing events.

As an Advocacy Intern at Aurora, Inc., Maria researched and distributed news briefs, and developed a program tool kit for the homeless service community. Maria then worked with the State of Indiana as a Recovery Attendant, designing treatment plans and implementing therapeutic interventions for youth patients.

Before their current role, Maria held positions at Thresholds as an Evaluation Specialist, where they developed surveys and recommendations for quality improvement, and as an Outreach Worker for the Mobile Assessment Unit, where they analyzed location data and organized clinical staff.

Currently, Maria works at Loyola Medicine as a Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist and Regional Patient Safety Lead, applying project management methodologies and establishing metrics to achieve organizational goals. Maria also constructs databases and uses analytical tools to support decision-making and variance analysis.
