Previously, Ayo has held the position of Principal at Rich Sea LLC, focusing on funding family-owned businesses, and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Perfect Surface, where operational expertise was applied in turnover services for rental properties. Ayo's background includes a management consultant role at McKinsey & Company and various operations leadership positions at General Mills. Ayo holds an MBA and a Master's in Engineering Management from Northwestern University, as well as a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from The University of Akron.
