Narsimha Medikayala is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and architecture across various industries. Currently serving as VP Software Development Manager and VP Full Stack Technology Leader at LPL Financial since November 2021, Narsimha has previously held positions including Senior Software Engineer at Wells Fargo and Manager/Sr. Technical Lead at TIAA-CREF, where responsibilities included architecting life insurance applications and managing development teams. Narsimha's technical expertise spans JAVA, J2EE, web services, and various frameworks, with a strong background in developing applications for financial services, commodity trading, and IVR systems.
