Robert Griffith

Robert Griffith is an experienced technology executive with a strong background in process excellence and strategic leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Technology at LPL Financial since 2013. Previously, Robert worked as an Independent Consultant at Azimuth Performance Management and held significant roles at TIAA-CREF as Director of Process Excellence, Bank of America as SVP, Quality & Productivity Executive, GE Infrastructure as Director of Corporate Systems, and GE Capital as Master Black Belt. Robert's extensive experience includes developing compliance models, driving strategic initiatives, and implementing technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency. Robert holds an MBA in Operations and Information Systems from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.S. in Computer Science from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
