Rodel Melaya

Rodel Melaya is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience at LPL Financial since October 2017, currently serving as a Service Consultant and recognized with the Gold Service Superstar Award. Melaya has excelled in managing high-net-worth clients, implementing innovative service models, and driving process improvements, evidenced by a Yellow Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma. In addition to financial consulting, Rodel participates as a Developing Leader with NAIOP, engaging with the commercial real estate community. Previous roles include account coordination at Houzz, consulting with Global Brigades, and lending internships at BofI Federal Bank. Rodel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a minor in Urban Planning from UC San Diego and also studied Finance at the Rady School of Management.
