Xande Wright

Xande Wright is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in growth strategy and product development within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Growth Strategy & Execution at LPL Financial since August 2020, Xande is responsible for developing and implementing organic growth initiatives. Previous roles at LPL include Senior Vice President for Corporate Strategy and Product Business Owner, where Xande played a key role in shaping long-term aspirations and launching new business services. Prior to LPL, Xande worked at UBS from July 2010 to August 2020, holding various positions including Director, Experience Strategist, where Xande contributed to the award-winning UBS client app and other strategic digital initiatives, and Associate Director, Business Analyst. Xande’s educational background includes a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Columbia Engineering and a B.A. in Management from Claremont McKenna College.
