Benjamin Baird

Benjamin Baird currently serves as a Maintenance Supervisor at Elon Property Management Company since May 2023, and also works as a Maintenance Technician at LR Management Services since 2022. In these roles, Benjamin Baird has demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, while also conducting regular preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Benjamin Baird is pursuing an Associate of Applied Sciences in Mechanical Design at Schoolcraft College, expected to graduate in September 2024, and holds a Diploma of Education from Spring Lake High School, completed in 2016.
