Michael Banach, MBA, M.Ed.

Michael Banach, MBA, M.Ed. has an extensive work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Michael began their career in 2005 as an Information Technology Consultant at Annapolis Consulting. In 2007, they worked as a Business Development Consultant for Various Organizations, and as a Consultant for Dominex Corporation. Michael then joined Anne Arundel County Public Schools in 2009 as a Department Chair, Educator, Program Director/Head Soccer Coach, and Assistant Director of Athletics. In 2015, they earned their MBA from Loyola University Maryland Sellinger School of Business and Management, and in 2017 they completed an Administrative Leadership program at McDaniel College. In 2019, they joined Baltimore County Public Schools as an Administrator and is currently employed as an Executive Consultant and Chief Operating Officer at LRB Group.

Michael Banach holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Flagler College, obtained in 2008 with a major in Management and Spanish. Michael then obtained a Spanish Language Advanced Certificate from Intercultura in 2006. In 2009, they obtained a MSDE Advanced Professional Certificate from the Maryland State Department of Education. Michael then went on to earn a Master's Degree (M.Ed.) in Education and Differentiated Instruction from Gratz College in 2013. In 2015, they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University Maryland in Management and Organizational Leadership. From 2016 to 2018, they earned an Educational Administration degree from McDaniel College, which included MSDE Administrator 1 Certification. Michael also holds a Certified Athletic Administrator from the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association and a US Soccer National "C" License from the U.S. Soccer Federation.
