Kristen Motzer has extensive experience in instructional design and learning development. Kristen has held various roles in different organizations, including LRN, NYU Langone Health, Institute for Personal Leadership, NeuroLeadership Institute, Stanford University, Weill Cornell Medicine, JesuitNET Design Services, Xavier University, LexisNexis, and PavlishGroup.

At LRN, they served as the Director of Learning Design, leading a global team in creating off-the-shelf and custom Ethics and Compliance and soft skill micro/learning campaigns for global companies. Kristen was responsible for learning design strategy, innovation, roadmap, and house style.

At NYU Langone Health, Kristen worked as the Lead Instructional Designer, overseeing the transition of dental school faculty, content, and learning experiences to online delivery. Kristen developed learning strategies and directed a team to meet strategic goals of increased learner engagement.

Kristen has also obtained additional certifications, including a Brain-Based Conversation Skills certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute in 2016 and a Learning Technology Leadership Program certification from EDUCAUSE in 2013. In 2021, they completed the NXT-GEN Fellowship for Moral Leadership Graduate program at The HOW Institute for Society.
