Alison Latham

Alison Latham, MCIPD, has extensive work experience in the field of HR and people services. Alison currently holds the position of Global Head of People Services at LRQA, a leading global assurance provider. Prior to this, they served as a Global People Partner at LRQA.

Apart from their role at LRQA, Alison has also been involved with Sharewear Clothing Scheme as a Board Trustee, where they contribute to alleviating clothing poverty by providing emergency clothing and bedding to those in need.

Before joining LRQA and Sharewear Clothing Scheme, Alison worked at Wilmington plc as the Head of HR Operations. In this role, they led various HR functions including employee relations, HR shared services, payroll, and HR technology systems. Alison also served as an HR Business Partner at Wilmington plc, where they were a part of the Compliance Divisional leadership team and the Accountancy leadership team.

Alison'searlier experience includes working as an HR Consultant at The Co-operative Banking Group, where they led various HR projects and provided specialist advice to HR teams. Alison started their career as an HR Advisor at Britannia Building Society.
