Nicole Vrudney

Nicole Vrudney has extensive work experience in quality assurance and coordination roles. Nicole started their career as a Senior Account Executive at Graham Oleson from January 2005 to December 2011, where they managed communications with clients and directed advertisement production. Nicole then worked as a Medical Staff Coordinator at Penrose-St. Francis Health Services from December 2011 to May 2014. Since 2014, Nicole has been associated with LRS Healthcare, where they initially served as a QA Specialist from June 2014 to September 2015. Nicole then progressed to become the Director of Quality Assurance, overseeing the Quality Assurance Department, housing department, front office staff, and clinical nurse liaisons. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Quality Assurance at LRS Healthcare, where they are responsible for Joint Commission Certification, audits, process improvement, training, and performance evaluation.

Nicole Vrudney obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Colorado Technical University from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued Pre-Nursing Studies at Pikes Peak State College from 2002 to 2008. Nicole also completed some studies in Biochemistry at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2000 to 2002.
