David Chang

Mr. Chang is a member of the firm’s investment team where he is responsible for originating and managing investments in the energy sector across the capital structure. Since joining LS Power in 2011, Mr. Chang has worked on various investment opportunities, including greenfield development, M&A, distressed debt, E&P, structured financing, restructuring, and recapitalization. Prior to joining LS Power, Mr. Chang worked in the Global Energy investment banking group at Credit Suisse.

Mr. Chang holds a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Columbia University.
