Rochelle Thompson

Rochelle Thompson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources. As the Founder and President of The Black Voice Project since January 2021, Rochelle has been dedicated to advocating for equity and representation. Additionally, Rochelle serves as Chief Executive Officer of RMThompson & Co. and works as a Human Resources Practitioner at LS Technologies. In 2023, Rochelle took on the role of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Consultant for LBO Technology, LLC, while also serving as a Clinical Psychologist at Inova Health System until July 2024. Previous political candidacy occurred in Prince George's County, Maryland, alongside a significant tenure in Human Resources Management at Sheehy Auto Stores.
