Sarah Mobraten

Sarah Mobraten, Hospitality Sector Leader for LS3P’s Raleigh office, brings over ten years of commercial experience in hospitality planning and design. She has developed a significant portfolio of renovation work and frequently collaborates with partner interior design consultants to incorporate their conceptual designs. Sarah’s previous work at a Boston firm includes the Mirbeau Inn & Spa, which was one of Travel & Leisure’s top 20 small resorts in New England in 2017 and has been recognized with a Conde Nast Traveler’s Reader’s Choice Award each year since its 2014 opening.

Sarah is well-versed at managing projects at all stages of design and construction, and her work encompasses diverse practice areas such as multifamily residential, mixed-use, and masterplanning. She is also active in community service, volunteering at events such as We Care and the 9/11 Day of Service.
