Leon Porter

Leon Porter has worked as a Freelance Writer, Reviewer, and Editor for various standardized tests since 1995. Leon has contributed to the Law School Admissions Test (LSAT), Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), High School Equivalency Test (HiSET), Iowa Assessments, Pharmacy College Admission Test (PCAT), Miller Analogy Test (MAT), Watson-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal, Electronic Data Processing Test, Air Force Officer Qualifying Test, Stanford 10, and DPIAS Achievement Tests. In their roles, they have written, edited, and reviewed content for these tests as well as provided consulting services. Leon'smost recent position was with the Graduate Management Admission Council™ (GMAC™) as a Freelance Writer, Editor, and Consultant where they contributed to the GMAT study guide.

Leon Porter obtained a B.A. degree in Philosophy from New College of Florida, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Michigan, completing their Ph.D. in Philosophy from 1989 to 1995.
