Darrell Allman, P.E., MBA has extensive work experience in the field of maintenance, reliability, and plant management. Darrell is currently serving as the Vice President of Asset Care Excellence at LSB Industries, Inc. since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at OCI N.V. from 2014 to 2021, where they held various roles including Global Reliability Director, Managing Director, and Site Director (Plant Manager). From 2001 to 2014, they worked at PotashCorp (now Nutrien), where they held positions such as Operations Manager, Maintenance Manager, and Engineering Manager. Darrell started their career at Rentech (CVR, Royster-Clark) Nitrogen in 1991 as a Maintenance Manager.

In 1997, they became a Registered Professional Engineer with the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation, demonstrating their expertise in the field. Later, in 2002, they further solidified their professional qualifications by obtaining the title of Registered Professional Engineer from the Ohio Board of Professional Engineers. Lastly, in 2020, Allman achieved the Certificated Flight Instructor & Commercial Pilot - Instrument Rated, ASEL certification from the Federal Aviation Administration, showcasing their proficiency in aviation instruction and piloting.
