Linda Peloquin

Linda Peloquin, SHRM-SCP, has a strong background in human resources and employee relations. Linda'smost recent role was as a Production HR Manager for Tesla, where they started in April 2023. Prior to that, Linda served as the Head of People Operations Manufacturing at LSB Industries, Inc. since January 2020. Linda also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Cabot Corporation from January 2017 to January 2020, where they were a member of the site leadership team and was responsible for workforce planning, leadership development, and employee and labor relations. Before that, Linda was a Senior HR Representative at BASF for five years, where they provided support for initiatives and projects at the company's largest North American site. Linda'searlier experience includes working as an Employee Relations Unit HR Manager at the Louisiana Department of Transportation from 2008 to 2011, overseeing statewide HR programs for approximately 4600 employees and managing labor and employee relations, compliance with federal/state laws, and HR training and awards programs. Linda brings a wealth of experience and expertise to any HR role they take on.
