Slav Czelusniak

Slav Czelusniak has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Slav started their career with USF Freightways as a Sr. Programmer/Analyst in September 1995 and worked there until February 2007. Following that, they joined YRC Logistics as a Systems Integrator, where they were responsible for scoping, designing, programming, and supporting software developed for large clients. Slav worked at YRC Logistics from 1995 to 2010.

In 2010, Slav joined Newark as a Sales Operations Information Architect. In this role, they developed solutions to increase sales, save money, and provide information visibility for optimized business decisions. Slav built powerful platforms using a multidimensional approach and provided data for analysts to perform advanced data mining to identify missed opportunities in sales and spot market trends. Slav worked at Newark until January 2012.

Then, Slav joined LSI (Lending Solutions, Inc.) in January 2012 as an Applications Developer. In this role, they had a strong understanding of different computer languages, worked in teams, tested applications, and designed prototype applications. Slav also had responsibilities as a Database Administrator and Web Developer. Slav worked in this position until October 2022 when they became the SQL Server Database Administrator and Applications Developer Lead. Slav later transitioned to the role of Software Development Manager in March 2023.

Slav Czelusniak obtained a Master's degree in Physics from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, they have a number of certifications and training courses in various fields. These include certifications such as "Managing Teams" from LinkedIn, obtained in March 2023, and "Agile Project Management Foundations" also from LinkedIn, obtained in May 2017. Slav Czelusniak also holds certifications in information security, SQL databases, and Microsoft technologies. Slav has continuously pursued learning opportunities, as evidenced by the range of certifications obtained throughout their career.
