Caroline Morle

Caroline Morle has over 20 years of work experience in the recruitment and real estate industry. Caroline started their career at Countrywide Plc as a Sales Negotiator in 2001. Caroline then worked as a Residential Sales Consultant at Chesterton before joining King Sturge as a Senior Residential Sales Consultant. In 2008, they joined NRG as a Recruitment Consultant. In 2011, they became a Recruitment Manager at LSL Property Services plc, where they specialized in financial services and managerial estate agency appointments. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Recruitment - Estate Agency & Group at LSL Property Services plc, responsible for recruiting professionals across all group functions and offering recruitment solutions to franchise partners.

Caroline Morle completed their education from 1990 to 1997 at Northampton High School for Girls, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later, they attended Northumbria University from 1997 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors in Business Administration, focusing on Business Studies.
