Todd Rothman

Todd Rothman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leveraged finance capital markets. Since January 2024, Todd serves as a Board Member at LSTA. Todd has been with J.P. Morgan since July 1999, holding various senior roles including Managing Director for Leveraged Finance Capital Markets in New York, and previous positions in London focusing on high yield and leveraged loan capital markets. Todd's expertise encompasses structuring and syndicating transactions such as leveraged buyouts, corporate acquisitions, and refinancing across diverse industries. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance from Binghamton University, complemented by earlier studies at prestigious institutions. Todd's early career includes roles at Gruntal & Co. and Merrill Lynch as well as a robust foundation in global syndicated finance.
