Cathy Politz

Cathy Politz has extensive experience in gift processing and donation management, currently serving as a Gift Records Technician at the LSU Foundation since September 2014, where responsibilities include maintaining electronic files and preparing gift receipts for donors. Prior to this role, Cathy worked at the LSU Foundation from August 2005 to February 2014 as a Gift Processor and Matching Gifts Coordinator, focusing on processing donations, pledges, and matching gift forms. Cathy began their career in 2004 at Pacesetter Adjustment Company as a Claims Review and Payment Processor, handling medical claims. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Louisiana State University, completed between 1985 and 1989.
