Lois Layden has extensive experience in customer service and management roles. Lois currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Service at LT Apparel Group, where they lead the Customer Service Department and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and ensure service standards are met. Prior to their current position, Lois was the Director of Customer Service at Marcolin Eyewear Corp., overseeing the daily operations of the department and working with company executives for strategic planning. Lois also held various positions at Nine West Holdings, including Director of Customer Service and Customer Service Manager, where they coordinated sales support, implemented new procedures, and directed strategic system and process changes to maximize efficiency.
Lois Layden obtained a certification in Customer Service from Camden County College, which they pursued from 1998 to 1999.
