Lal Elengical

Lal Elengical has extensive experience in sales management within the food industry, currently serving as the Director of Sales for Canada at LT Foods Americas since January 2018, after holding the position of National Sales Manager. Prior to this role, Lal worked at Hain Celestial from January 2015 to December 2017 as a Senior Key Account Manager, where responsibilities included transitioning the Tilda brand to Hain Canada, training key account managers, and developing annual business plans. Lal's career began at Tilda Marketing Inc, where from April 2004 to December 2014, Lal served as National Sales Manager, focusing on increasing Tilda's market share in the North American ethnic market and identifying new distributor opportunities.
