Sriram Panchapakesan has extensive work experience in the real estate and infrastructure industry. SRIRAM worked as the Head of Projects at L&T Realty starting in November 2019. Prior to that, they held various positions at Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd, including General Manager and Project Head. During their time at Tata Realty, they successfully delivered over 5 million square feet of IT campuses in Pune and Chennai, managing aspects such as design, procurement, construction supervision, and interior fit-outs. Sriram also worked as a Senior Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle from August 2004 to December 2007.

From 1987 to 1990, they attended The Institution of Engineers (India) and obtained a degree in Civil Engineering (AMIE).

In 2011 to 2012, Sriram pursued a Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, focusing on Business Administration and Management.

In addition to their educational background, they have also obtained additional certifications. In December 2016, they received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.

Furthermore, in January 2021, Sriram became a Fellow in The Institution of Engineers (India), which was awarded by the Institution of Engineers of India (IEI), Kolkata.
