Vishal Desai

Vishal Desai is a seasoned professional in construction management with extensive experience at L&T Realty since August 2012, currently serving as Senior Manager Projects and previously as Manager Projects. Responsibilities include planning pre-construction activities, overseeing design engineering, and developing detailed project schedules for commercial and high-rise residential projects. Prior to joining L&T Realty, Vishal Desai worked at Man Infraconstruction Ltd, where roles included Assistant Manager and Senior Engineer, focusing on site execution for mass housing projects. Vishal Desai holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from Kingston University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai, along with a Diploma in Construction Engineering Technology from Bhausaheb Vartak Polytechnic.
