Nickie Cheney

Nickie Cheney is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel at LTC Global since March 2018, Cheney has also held the position of Partner at DLA Piper since November 2007, where representation of public and private companies in transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and public securities offerings, has been a focus. Prior experience includes serving as an Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP from 2005 to 2007, engaging in acquisition finance and securities transactions. Cheney holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Vanderbilt University Law School and a BS in Marketing and Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.
