Rajeev Yadav

Rajeev Yadav is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Principal Director - Talent Acquisition at LTIMindtree since November 2022, Rajeev has previously held multiple leadership roles at LTI - Larsen & Toubro Infotech from December 2013 to November 2022, including Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition and Head of Talent Acquisition for various sectors. Rajeev's career also includes significant positions at AtoS India, where strategic planning for talent acquisition was a major focus, as well as roles at 3i Infotech and earlier positions in business development and recruitment. Rajeev holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of Mumbai and Datta Meghe College of Engineering.
