Aaminah Saifuddin has a work experience in various roles and industries. They started their career as a Healthcare Administrator Intern at Baylor Scott & White Health in 2016. In 2016, they also worked at Spreemo Health as a Customer Care Associate and later became a Customer Care Team Lead in 2017. From 2018 to 2022, Aaminah worked at One Call, where they held multiple roles including Business Analyst, Agile Business System Analyst II, and Agile Product Owner II. Currently, Aaminah is working as a Product Manager at LTK (formerly rewardStyle & LIKEtoKNOW.it) since February 2022.

Aaminah Saifuddin, MBA, MHSM completed their education at Texas Woman's University and Baylor University. From 2016 to 2019, they obtained a Master's Degree in Health Systems Management from Texas Woman's University. During the same time period, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the same institution. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Aaminah attended Baylor University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science Studies/Business Administration.
