Gary Kanazawa has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Gary started their career at AvantGo as a Sr. Director of Product Management, where they were responsible for the company's enterprise server product line. Gary then moved on to Mobile Digital Media/Quickoffice as a VP of Product Development, overseeing the development of games and consumer/business productivity lines.

Kanazawa later joined THQ Wireless as a VP of Product Development, managing worldwide development and deployment activities. Gary then became the General Manager of Interactive and Electronic Games at MGA Entertainment, where they were in charge of a $75 million line of consumer electronics and games.

Their experience in the gaming industry continued at Electronic Arts (EA), where they held the position of VP of Product Management and Strategy for EA Mobile. Gary led a team in defining the mobile slate and incubating social and online initiatives, as well as managing inbound licensing for mobile IP.

Kanazawa then became the CEO of Embassy Interactive, a social and mobile games studio. Here, they achieved commercial success with games like Tangram Puzzle and UFC Undisputed: Fight Nation.

After Embassy Interactive, they joined Mattel, Inc. as the Head of Digital Games Studios. Gary was responsible for the production, publishing, and business development of Mattel's digital games platform.

At StubHub, Kanazawa had two roles - Head of Marketing and Distribution Technology, where they replatformed SEM and CRM platforms, and Head of StubHub Labs, where they led an innovation group focused on rapid test and learn incubation of new products and business models.

Their most recent role was at LTK (formerly rewardStyle & LIKEtoKNOW.it) as the VP of Product for the Ad Platform. Gary led the product development for a SaaS platform that connected brands, influencers, and consumers in the influencer marketing industry.

Overall, Kanazawa has a strong background in product management, strategy, and innovation in the technology and gaming industries.

Gary Kanazawa earned their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance and Information Technology (IT) from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from San Jose State University, where they studied Computer Science, Business, and Information Systems (IS) from 1980 to 1986.
