Luiz Fernando Bandeira de Almeida has extensive experience in the IT field. Luiz Fernando started their career as a Programmer at the Ministry of Education in 2006. Luiz Fernando then worked as a Consultant at SBPI Consultoria from 2008 to 2009, followed by a short stint as a Consultant at INFRAERO. From 2009 to 2014, Luiz worked at CDS Tecnologia as a Development Manager, where they were responsible for developing ETL and dashboards for GM dealership sales and implementing Oracle BAM for various clients.

In 2012, Luiz joined 954 Business Consulting as the Director of Technology, overseeing budget control, negotiations, and project management for clients such as GM, Caloi, Sebrae, Harley Davidson, and Flora. Luiz Fernando also mentored startups focused on automotive devices and sales force systems.

In 2014, Luiz became the interim Director at Grupo PAR, where they restructured the IT team and implemented cost-saving measures resulting in a significant increase in EBITDA. Luiz Fernando then moved on to Grupo LTM, where they held the roles of IT and Security Manager, responsible for projects with major banks and telecommunication companies.
