Raphael Mello

Raphael Mello has had an extensive career in the field of loyalty programs and incentive campaigns. Raphael started their journey in 1998 as a Trainee at Citi and then moved on to work at Redecard as a Key Account Manager. In 2007, they joined GE Money as a New Business Manager and Marketing professional. From 2009 to 2010, Raphael worked at Getnet - Brasil as a Corporate Director of Financial Services and Cards. In 2010, they co-founded Peela - Pré-pago and served as a Co-Founder until 2015. In the same year, they became the Director General at Vantagens Servicos De Fidelizacao until 2012. Starting from 2012, Raphael worked at LTM Fidelidade where they held various roles, including Executive Director of Products and New Business, Vice-President of Corporate, Products, and New Business, and finally, as the CEO. In 2018, they became a board member and co-founder of Vertem, and in 2019, they became a consultant and investor at Avus. Overall, Raphael Mello has shown a strong dedication and expertise in loyalty programs and incentive campaigns throughout their career.

Raphael Mello completed an MBA in Retail from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2005. Prior to this, they obtained a degree in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2002. Raphael'seducational journey began with a degree in Business Administration from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, which they completed in 2000.
