Rudy Martinez, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles within the federal government and consulting sectors. Rudy is currently the Vice President of Health Strategy and Growth at LTS, where they focus on business development, competitive analysis, and building client relationships. Previously, Rudy served as the Director at DRT Strategies, developing strategies and pursuing new opportunities in the Department of Veterans Affairs. As the Managing Director at Fed Maze Strategies, they provided management consulting services to federal government agencies and contractors, specializing in program management and business operations. Rudy also worked as a Vice President at Ipsos Public Affairs, leading projects, conducting facility site visits, and developing solutions for Veterans Affairs clients. Prior to that, they held positions at Atlas Research, Booz Allen Hamilton, Clinical Research Management at Fort Detrick, and the United States Air Force, gaining experience in operations management, acquisition, and leadership. With their diverse background and expertise, Rudy brings a valuable skill set to their current role in health strategy and growth.

Rudy Martinez, PMP, has an International MBA from IE Business School. Rudy also obtained a Health IT Certificate from The George Washington University and a BA in Chemistry from Texas A&M University.

In addition to their educational background, Rudy Martinez holds several certifications. Rudy obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2008. Rudy also holds the ITILv3 Foundation and ITILv3 Service Strategy certifications, which were obtained from the Office of Government Commerce, UK in April 2010 and February 2011 respectively. Furthermore, Rudy Martinez has the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in September 2017.
