Caitlyn Cook has extensive experience in user experience research, product copywriting, and digital marketing, currently serving as a UX Researcher and Product Copywriter at Lua since November 2020. Prior roles include Marketing Manager and Content Lead, where Caitlyn was responsible for brand development and creating strategic, SEO-focused copy. With a background in audio editing as an Editorial Selection and Transcription Specialist for Spotlight Podcast, and experience as a Video Curator and Writer for prominent organizations, Caitlyn has honed skills in research, data analysis, and audience engagement. Educational achievements include a Digital Marketing certification from General Assembly, a Post Graduate Certificate from the Victorian College of the Arts, and dual bachelor’s degrees in Social Sciences and Human Geography from The University of Auckland.
