Brandi Gonzales has been with LUBA Workers' Comp since 2004, currently serving as the Premium Audit & Billing Manager, where responsibilities include overseeing Payroll Audit employees and managing processes within the Payroll Audit Department. Brandi has also held the position of Payroll Audit Supervisor and has contributed as a Team Support Coordinator, providing operational support, training staff, and facilitating coordination with other departments for special projects. Prior to LUBA Workers' Comp, Brandi worked as an Answering Service Operator at EATEL from 1995 to 2004. Brandi holds a degree in English, Mass Communications, and Psychology from Louisiana State University.
