Andrew Perrin

Andrew Perrin has a diverse work history, primarily in the legal field. Andrew currently holds the position of General Counsel & Senior Director of Risk Management at Lube-Tech since August 2022. Before that, they were a Partner at the Law Office of Andrew F. Perrin, PLLC since January 2020. From December 2017 to January 2020, they served as the General Counsel & Secretary at Lubrication Technologies, Inc. Additionally, Andrew has held various roles with the International Franchise Association, including being a member of the Board of Directors and Chair of the IFA Supplier Forum. Prior to that, they worked as an Attorney at Larkin Hoffman for over 20 years, specializing in franchise and distribution law. Andrew began their legal career as an Associate Attorney at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, focusing on corporate financing issues.

Andrew Perrin has a strong education background. Andrew attended Detroit Country Day School from 1976 to 1980 and earned a high school degree. After that, they enrolled in Kalamazoo College from 1980 to 1984, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. During their time at Kalamazoo College, Andrew also had the opportunity to study abroad at the Institut For American Universities in Aix en Provence, France from 1982 to 1983. Following their undergraduate education, Andrew Perrin attended the University of Michigan Law School from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
